Full description
This cute owl brooch is great for adding a bit of fun to jumpers, coats, bags and hats.
It's made from a piece of cream ribbed woollen fabric - the size is 5.5cm high by 4.5cm wide.
I've used complementary tan and raspberry pink felt for the beak and wings and a pair of sunshine yellow sequins and brown wooden beads for the eyes. All the features are hand stitched using embroidery threads.
There is a safety catch brooch pin sewn to the back - the underpart has been covered with a hand sewn piece of felt for extra security. (example pic shows the technique).
The brooch is presented on a coloured luggage label with string tie as shown.
