Oh how I enjoyed making these!
Slip cast high fired earthenware with individually stamped message into the top of the mug using vintage letter press characters. The message reads :
I loved you, I love you, I will always love you.' The bottom of the mug is back stamped and entitled "In tense love!" Now I found that highly amusing!!
These mugs are all individually made and stamped, the lettering impressions are then coloured and washed to leave the rustic red colour in the lettering recess. I put a care and info label on the handle of the mug.
These mugs are our favourite ones at home, dishwasher safe and hold 3/4 pint. They measure 10.5 cm high and 8.5cm across.
I am happy to combine postage and wrap in tissue before carefully packaging in recycled materials to post out first class recorded delivery.
