This is one of a series of original encaustic paintings featuring the star signs of the Zodiac as constellations.
This one is Leo.
The background is a blend of black, blue and silver, and the stars are picked out as silver dots.
This is a 3 x 4 inch original work of art, painted in melted wax using encaustic wax and heat tools. It is signed and dated with artist details on the reverse.
Lovely as a gift for someone into astronomy or astrology.
It will be sent in a clear cellophane wrapper, in a board backed envelope.
