freehand embroidered zombie kitten purse or case.
this little purse measures approximately 17cm wide x 12 cm (6.5 x 4.5 inches). it would be perfect as a little make-up purse, pencil case or for protecting a phone, compact camera or other bits & bobs.
this little cat is in a paisley print cotton fabric, with pale blue linen detail to his ear & paws and a bright red heart on his tummy.
his remaining eyeball is hand embroidered.
the fabrics are layered and appliqued onto cotton calico, the detail drawn on with free machine embroidery (free motion) embroidery.
this case is made entirely on a domestic sewing machine. everything is cut, stitched and handmade, with care, by me, ensuring it is unique, well made and securely constructed.
the purse itself is made from heavy weight calico which has been pre-washed several times so it’s soft and should not shrink when washed. it is stiffened with vilene, lined with orange cotton and has a zip fastening.
a tiny stuffed zombie heart charm is attached to the zip pull.
the hanging loop is securely fastened.
if ordering more than one item, any excess postage charges will be refunded via paypal.
my design is based on an original drawing by Little Black Heart, and is used under license.
