These simple yet elegant earrings have been hand made with a pair of polished Labradorite coin shaped gemstone beads that measure approximately 13mm across.
Labradorite is a beautiful gemstone shrouded in mythology. Known as the philosopher stone, this grey gem looks understated until worn.....as it moves in the light, flashes of colour can be seen within its depths. Known as labradorescence, Eskimo mythology has told how these flashes are actually the Northern Lights that were trapped within the rocks.
The earrings have been hung from simple silver plated ear wires which show them off beautifully and allow maximum movement when worn.....
