valentines bear - applique & embroidered zombie panda - red
these limited edition mini zombies measure about 7cm (3 inches) from the tips of their ears to the bottom of their toes. they are presented in a blood spattered gift box, nestled amongst (shredded tissue) intestines together with a tiny stuffed heart (approx. 3cm).
red floral liberty print fabric is layered & appliqued onto hand dyed cotton calico, and the intricate details are drawn freehand with free machine (free motion) embroidery. pandas one remaining eyeball is hand embroidered.
these zombie pandas are made entirely on a domestic sewing machine. everything is cut, stitched & drawn freehand by me, ensuring it is unique, well made and securely constructed.
they are made from heavy weight calico, and backed with medium weight calico. i pre-wash all my fabrics so they’re soft and shouldn’t shrink. they’re stuffed with polyester filling, and finished by hand.
the listed price is for one zombie panda.
this is from a limited run of 12 valentines zombies, & they’re signed & dated inside the box. due to the nature of handmade each one is unique, so may vary slightly from the one pictured.
