This is part of a new series called Fledglings that I have been working on. I have been a little bit obsessed with birds for a while and have been making them in three dimensional and two dimensional forms.

Full description
This bird is made hand made polymer clay, painted with durable acrylic paint and sealed with a satin varnish.
It is approximately 4cm long and 2.5cm high.
As this is an art object it is not intended for play by children and I really wouldn't recommend getting it wet despite sealing.
I have also hand painted a card to go with this little bird so it would make an ideal gift and card combo! Card is painted in acrylic and comes with a matching envelope.
