Due to the significant increase in the cost of postage, I have taken the decision to send all items second class from now on. I usually post items on either the same day, or next working day where possible.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
7" x 5" white sympathy card with message reading 'With Deepest Sympathy' and die cut butterflies with rhinestone embellishments. Inside is left blank for your own personal message of condolence.
The card comes with a white envelope and sealed in a cellophane wrapper.
Items are posted either same day or next working day following receipt of payment, depending on the time.
I try to keep postage costs down by reusing packaging, so please don't be offended if your card comes through the post in a previously used envelope!
