This tie pin or tie tack is just wonderful. The tigers Eye Cabochon exhibits a fantastic cats eye effect in gold against a deep chocolate brown shade.
It is very unusual to find tigers eye of this top quality with such an amazing optical effect. This tie tack could be worn as a lapel pin and would be perfect for any occasion.
The stone is very highly polished and has a high dome. Please see photos.
I have set the stone into a sterling silver four pronged mount, which is open at the back. The mount and pin are not marked, but are sterling silver. The tie tack clutch and chain are silver plated base metal.
The stone measures 14x12mm in size approx. The perfect gift!
