cosy christmas zombie kitten - “celeste”
these zombie kittens are fancier than my regular zombies, with liberty print hearts on their tummies and co-ordinating backpacks, they wear hand knit cashmere scarves & jingly hats. they measuring approximately 12cm (4 inches) tall from the tips of their ears to the tips of their shuffling toes (approx. 15cm including their hanging loop).
celeste has a grey floral heart on her tummy, she’s wearing a grey knit scarf & hat, and her co-ordinating satchel is lined with bright pink cotton. she’s got one bright green eye and rosy red cheeks.
the printed fabrics are appliqued onto calico, and the intricate details are drawn freehand with free machine (free motion) embroidery.
eyeballs are hand embroidered.
these zombie kittens are made entirely on a domestic sewing machine. everything is cut, stitched & drawn freehand by me, ensuring it is unique, well made and securely constructed.
they’re stuffed with polyester filling, and finished by hand.
