This brooch is inspired by the Robin Red breast. Friend of the gardener he loves to sit on spades and eat worms from freshly dug soil.

Full description
This Brooch is made by collaging old tins that I collect. Which means that each one is individual. I have a large collection of tins and sift through them all to find the right colours. I try and pick colours as close as possible to the bird. In this case a Robin with a bright red breast and brown and grey body.
The centre is walnut wood, with a silver backing, which the tins are riveted to.
I have handmade the brooch pin in Sterling Silver.
The brooch comes in a recycled grey jewellery box with my name on it. And a tag with information on the bird.
