I had two cones of such lightweight cotton - as fine as sewing cotton. And I wanted to do this yarn justice by making something incredibly glamorous and unique. Add a glittery silver yarn to the mix and it's gorgeous - you could get away with this on a red carpet or wrapped round you - several times! - over a wool coat. Even on a dull grey day, this would make you want to sing!

This is a monster! But only in terms of size - it's so lightweight that you wouldn't even know you were wearing it! It's knitted with three strands of yarn, two cotton yarns barely the thickness of sewing cotton, and a third very fine silver strand. It's 104 inches wide at its widest and 58 inches at its longest. Absolutely stunning.
