Full description
This Horseshoe with initials A & M has been made to order for a wedding.
It is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique and is a special version of my normal Horseshoe by the addition of the initials and using prettily textured turquoise and blue glass rather than clear. The little coloured jewels made from round glass nuggets to represent the horseshoe nails are in turquoise, blue and white to match the glass.
The initials are made from iridescent white streaky glass which changes shade according to the light.
The Horseshoe hangs from nylon thread which is securely attached to little rings on both sides of the top of the suncatcher.
The first 2 photos are of this initialed wedding horseshoe and I have included a 3rd photo of the normal, clear, non-initialed version. The 4th picture is the sketch I made for this special version.
