I am continually drawn to this luminous white rock in the sea. I can just about see it from Portobello where I live and it looms spectacularly in the background at all the beaches in East Lothian. The white of the rock makes a perfect foil for darkening skies and sea.

Full description
This is an image of the Bass Rock from North Berwick. The rock is such an amazing icon, it can be seen from much of the coast of East Lothian. I love the way it stands out even on the darkest day with its distinctive white covering.
I created 15 prints using the reductive lino printing technique. Each print is unique. If you wish to see each unique print message me for a link to my flickr page.
It is printed on Fabriano paper using oil based inks.
The printed area is 30cm x 22.5cm. There is a white margin. The paper has been hand torn looks good framed as shown without a mount.
