Full description
The lovely shape of a fern suggests a little snowy Christmas tree with a star adding a touch of festive magic in this unique and special Christmas card.
To create the image I used the old photographic process of cyanotype - a light sensitive solution is applied to 300gsm Bockingford watercolour paper, fern and star placed on then exposed to sunlight, the solution is then rinsed off and the paper dried, fixing the image.
The recycled card measures 10.5 x 15cm and is supplied with a ribbed brown recycled envelope in an eco-friendly clear wrap (made from corn starch these are fully biodegradable and compostable)
