applique & embroidered zombie panda - pink
these petrified / petrifying zombie pandas measure about 11cm (4inches) from the tips of their ears to the bottom of their toes.
pink floral printed cotton fabrics are layered & appliqued onto pre-washed calico, and the intricate details are drawn freehand with free machine (free motion) embroidery. panda’s one remaining eyeball is hand embroidered.
they each wear a grey hand knit woolly scarf - zombie pandas need to keep warm.
these zombie pandas are made entirely on a domestic sewing machine. everything is cut, stitched & drawn freehand by me, ensuring it is unique, well made and securely constructed.
they are made from heavy weight calico, and backed with medium weight calico. i pre-wash all my fabrics so they’re soft and shouldn’t shrink. they’re stuffed with polyester filling, and finished by hand.
