You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

UK delivery All items will be sent First Class Royal Mail. If you would like it sent recorded delivery please get in touch. International - International mail is sent Airmail. If you would like your purchase delivered to a different address please send an email when you make your purchase stating the address you would like your order sent to. We want you to be super chuffed with your order but if there are any problems or you would like to return your item, please do get in touch with us as soon as possible. All items should be return in original packaging enclosed with a copy of the invoice within 14 days of receipt of goods. Ding Dong Designs cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post. Items are the customers responsibility until they are received and we recommend returning them by registered delivery. Ding Dong Designs will refund postage costs on faulty items only. All refunds will be made using the PayPal account you originally paid with.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
