Brown is very much a rich warm colour but dark brown on its own can be a bit overwhelming so I decided to break up the dark brown with some lighter brown. I decided on stripes as I seem to see a lot of stripe's of late not just in materials but in the form of railings along roads, lines of trees, and lines of people waiting at bus stops.

The hat measures 10inches (25.4cm) wide by 8inches (20.3cm) long
