I saw the combination of a sock yarn with a kid silk in a yarn shop near my hometown in Germany and it has become an inspiration ever since. It creates a lush soft material that you will just want to hug and wear over and over again! The same shade of sock yarn can be transformed into something very different depending on the colour of kid silk combined with (see photographs).
Please note I used kid mohair for this particular item as I was unable to source a kid silk in the required shade locally.

The sock yarn with a kid mohair combines into a warm and super soft luxuriously feeling cowl scarf. Texture is added through different stitch variations.
Different green shades hint at the lush meadows in spring.

Materials:
Sock yarn: 75% new wool, 25% polyamide
Kid Mohair: 70% kid mohair, 30% nylon
Care instructions:
Hand wash only in lukewarm water with a wool detergent. Wrap in a towel and gently press excess water out, then lay flat to dry. Do not iron.
