My tooth-losing nephews were perfect inspiration! And when nearly all their classmates (and siblings) demanded one, I knew it was an appealing idea. I sold my whole stock in 3 hours at a school fair. Plus a lot of my toys are higher end, bespoke monsters. They can take several days to make and whilst I love making them, they are time consuming and out of many people's budget. I'm sad to say (but I totally understand) that it's very difficult to convince customers to pay extra for handmade, quality toys when they can pop to the high street and buy a mass produced one for a quarter of the price. So, I wanted to make something small, fun and functional!

Boo to hiding their baby teeth under their pillows. The tooth fairy won't find them there! Are you nuts? Tsk. What you want is a nice welcoming monster mouth to put them in. Much better.
This is is a bright, beautiful and totally unique fleece, faux fur and linen MONSTER TOOTH FAIRY cushion with a special mouth pocket to look after newly fallen baby teeth and up to 5 coins or a note if the fairy's feeling generous!
Each one of these colourful critters has a ribbon loop to hang it from your child's bed post or door handle. SO much more exciting for them than simply hiding it under their pillow.
The cushions measure approx 11cm square. They are made from soft fleece, faux fur trim and wool-mix felt with embroidered details. The back is a creamy textured linen. They're softly stuffed with non-allergenic polyester.

They are designed and handmade by me from my monster workshop in Horsham, West Sussex in England.
