It took me quite a while to decide what to do with these three beautiful silver shells. I saw a picture of a mermaids necklace and really liked the appeal of random found objects to make a beautifully special necklace.
I love reading about mermaids and in all stories they are beautiful and love to adorn themselves with beautiful objects and admire themselves in mirrors.

Full description
This necklace has been made with 3 solid silver shells. I have made a silicone cast of the shells then I have made the shells with silver clay, which when fired is 99% silver. The shells have been hung on a sterling silver toggle I have made with silver wire, with a few freshwater pearls. The necklace is made with 8-10mm ivory baroque freshwater pearls.
The length of the necklace is 46 cm or 18 inches and the length of the shell dangle is about 5 cm. The
Items will normally be packaged in bubble wrap, tissue paper and a beautiful organza bag, with a few dried rose petals then in a padded envelope. I am happy to include a card or box if it is for a gift.
