Flower in a Box with Radial Lines
Tile set of four handmade ceramic tiles, painted with Cobalt oxide (blue colour) on a white background
Each tile size is 10x10x0.7cm (4") The set can be used in a kitchen or bathroom backplash, as a framed piece of artwork or as coasters as the tiles are backed with squares of cork to avoid scratching surfaces.
These tiles were handmade, hand cut, hand painted with white slip before being biscuit fired. The image was then drawn in pencil, hand painted with cobalt oxide, fired, glazed with transparent glazing and then fired again in temperatures up to 1080°C. The colour will not peel or fade.
Because they are not factory made, each tile may contain little imperfections in shape, surface, and/or colour.
Made in the UK using only British materials.
Glass not included.
