applique & embroidered yeti textile art.
“rar!”
this cute little picture measures approximately
13cm x 13cm (5 x 5 inches)
and is 4cm deep, stretched over a canvas box frame.
this embroidered yeti thinks he's quite the abominable snowman, but most folk just think he's pretty cute... the poor little guy has issues.
the yeti is in white cotton and dusky blue linen, against a background of green cotton snow covered trees and grey linen mountains.
the cotton fabrics are layered and appliqued onto pre-washed calico, and the intricate details drawn on with free machine (free motion) embroidery.
this piece is made entirely on a domestic sewing machine. everything is cut, stitched & drawn freehand by me, ensuring it is unique, well made and securely constructed.
if ordering more than one item, any excess postage charges will be refunded via paypal.
my design is based on an original drawing by Little Black Heart, and is used under license.
