i love the contrast of modern colours with the Cath Kidston prints agains the grey, an expansion on my new love of drawing on a sewing machine :-)

Full description
Beautiful handmade cushion cover made from soft grey thick cotton on the front with a hand designed and appliqued bicycle on the front featuring patches of Cath Kidston fabric.
Cath Kidston rosali pink spot makes the wheels, blue spray flowers makes the basket, green kempton rose make the chain, blue strawberries makes the seat and green provence rose makes the handle bars
Above the bike is some applique bunting and below is a fabric banner with a hand-typewritten label saying 'Let's go on an adventure'
The Black machine embroidery that creates the bicycles shape has been done completely by me on a standard sewing machine and so has been very labour intensive and this can be appreciated by the stunning final image of the cushion!!
The edge is finished with pale pink ric-rac trim all the way round.
The back of the cushion is made from Cath Kidston White Rosali ( cabbage flowers ) and there is a very discreet white zip in the bottom of the cushion cover.
Made for a 14 inch cushion inside.
Completely handmade but I would not recommend machine washing, wash very carefully by hand if you have to.
DOES NOT INCLUDE CUSHION PAD!!
Would make a perfect present!!
