I wanted to make a cover to protect my iPad, but I'm not keen on carrying a patterned case, so I decided to design a plainer version.
This lovely vintage tweed seemed a good option and the wool felt provides a soft protective layer inside.
I love vintage buttons, and this brown button is a particularly lovely one.

A cozy and stylish case to protect your iPad mini.
I made this cover from a beautiful, and subtle, vintage tweed check fabric in brown, and lined it with brown wool felt.
The cover fastens with a vintage button and a buttonhole in the flap. The cover is padded with quilters wadding.
I've been using my prototype cover for a few weeks and I love it - hope you like the design too!
Measurements:
Outside - 21cm by 16cm
Inside pocket - 20cm by 13cm
These cases are snug, but not tight fitting, so will fit other devices. Please check the inside pocket measurements to see if they will fit.
