I had been neglecting my die cutter recently, and it cuts a lovely scalloped bunting shape.
People at craft fairs seem to love owls so I mixed the two!

Full description
This bunting comprises 6 cute owl pennants cut from high quality smooth card stock.
They are fixed using foam pads to give texture and depth.
The pennants come with two metres of beautiful rustic blue twine.
