Beautiful Daisy necklace with Lapis Lazuli stones.
Deep dark blue with gold pyrite speckles...
Lapis lazuli is such a fascinating and beautiful stone.
It is an ancient gem, and is used for more than 6000 years for jewelry and ornamental objects. The very earliest cultures valued lapis lazuli more highly than gold.
For people around the world, lapis lazuli is considered a stone of truth and friendship. The blue stone is reputed to promote harmony in relationships.
I made Daisy by weaving Lapis lazuli stones ( a big one in the middle and small ones around it ) and tiny Japanese seed beads using strong beading thread. It was like a knitting by hand.
The adjuster is made with metal rings and more Lapis Lazuli stones. This part also looks attractive hanging from your neck down your back....!
