This is a reserved order for my customer, GingerBeer - please do not purchase these birds unless you are this customer xx If, however, you would like to discuss ideas for your own custom made birds please do get in touch as I would be delighted to help if I can!
With a seaside themed wedding in mind I have created this uniquely handsome seagull bride and groom. Both seagull's bodies are made from a pale grey cotton/linen fabric with a contrast white cotton fabric for their head. Both bride and groom have a white wool felt breast and the striking yellow beaks of these familiar seaside birds. Each is plump full of polyester toy filling and made to happily free-stand on legs formed from yellow wire. The groom measures approx 5" tall from his feet to his top-hat and the bride stands a little shorter at approx 4" in height. Both measure approx 5" long from the tip of their beaks to the their tails.
The extremely handsome groom has grey felt wings with additional 'feathers' cut from the pale grey cotton. He wears a stylish top-hat and tie in baby blue felt.
The beautiful bride has a layered white lace veil edged in hand-cut felt flowers in a soft shade of blue, and to the centre of each I have added a tiny pearl seed-bead.
In addition she has very pretty white applique lace wings layered upon a base of white wool felt.
Post is UK first class.
