PERSONALISATION
A message of your choice can be printed at the foot of the poem for that extra special touch. This service is offered free of charge, however it is limited to one line due to space. Please type your message in the 'Note to Shop' box at checkout, typing it exactly as you would like it to appear on the print, checking all spellings, capital letters, and dates, etc. Personalisation will be printed in the same text as the poem, but slightly smaller so as not to appear part of the poem itself.
HAND MADE
The poem is printed on good quality ivory card, and finished in a complimentary classic ivory mount with a white backing board. The poem is then placed in a cellophane protective sleeve, and sealed ready for you to give away. The frame shown is not included in the price.

A beautifully mounted 10x12" keepsake poem to mark this special milestone for a deserving couple.

Today, of all days, is a time to reflect
On times gone by, and those still to come yet
You both deserve medals for a service so long
Though it’s fairly obvious that you sing the same song
All those years ago you committed to each other
Became a unity together, not just a friend or lover
And still you’ll say the same today and say it to the end
The reason you survived is that you married your best friend
Well congratulations to you both, on getting it so right
On filling your life with love, laughter and delight
On never becoming normal, always appreciating what you’ve got
Never tiring of each other, or veering from the plot
Forty years is quite a stretch, but one thinks it fair to say
That you’ll be holding hands together forever and a day
Happy Ruby Anniversary, it’s true you’ve had many before
But you’re congratulated on reaching so far and wished so many more
