Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
Due to hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns on earrings. All items will have a proof of postage receipt, this can be emailed to customers if required in the event that an item has been lost in the post. If an item has been lost in the post please allow 10 working days from the date of postage to claim a missing item and we will send out a replacement. Custom orders are the supply of goods and services made to the customers own specification. These are not eligible for return unless the item is faulty.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Vintage ringmaster design 'Save the date' wooden tags are laser cut and engraved with the bride and groom's name and date of the wedding. Tag also includes space for up to three lines of the venue address. (£1.20 per engraved tag sold in packs of 20)
These tags can be threaded with ribbon so your guests can hang them as a lovely reminder of your special day. (Ribbon and jute twine not included).
