I love the thought of bringing a little of the outside into my home and this new range of Air Plant terrarium kits are perfect for doing this. In addition they are really easy to look after.
Tillandsias, more commonly known as Air Plants, are naturally found in forests, deserts an the mountain regions of Mexico, Central and South America and the southern parts of the USA. These pretty little plants are very adaptable and will tolorate a wide range of climatic conditions and are able to grow without soil. Once they have established themselves in their new surroundings they should thrive, growing and producing flowers.
After Care
Your new purchase will prefer moderate watering and very light sunny conditions but please do not keep it in direct sunlight as it really won't like that. All you have to do to look after it is keep it in a place where the light is good and mist it a couple of times a week, more in very hot weather with a plant mister.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

This beautiful new 3D stained glass Air Plant terrarium has been designed to hang from a silver plated chain and is supplied as a kit, including the Air Plant shown, the white sand and a care sheet for the plant. Not only can this glass air plant terrarium hang from it's chain but you can also remove this and have it standing on a desk or other surface in your home.
My glass terrariums are perfect for adding a touch of green to your living room, bathroom, kitchen or conservatory and are very easy to look after. It would make a lovely addition to your own home plus it would be a lovely gift for a friend or loved one for any occasion such as a birthday, Mother's Day, Father's Day or Christmas.
This glass Air Plant terrarium comes supplied with a Tillandsias Ionantha Rubra which, with the right care, should produce pretty little violet flowers and in good sunlight the tips of the leaves should turn a gorgeous pink colour.
This terrarium has been created using a very pale yellow stained glass for the base and a clear glass for the top half. All the glass was cut by hand and soldered together to form the terrarium. The piece was washed and dried before being polished with a stained glass cleaner and polish.
This glass terrarium measures about 16cm or 6 inches high and is about 11cm or 4.5 inches wide. The chain measures about 30cm or 12 inches.
