These beautiful agate pieces were crying out for something simple. I decided to make them the centre piece of this jewellery set.

Full description
A beautiful pink striped agate necklace and earrings set, that consists of silver plated copper earrings and a pale pink memory wire steel necklace. The set is created with real pink striped agate gemstones. The necklace is 17.5 inches (44.5 cm) long, and has a screw clasp.
The pendant measures 1 inch by 1 inch (2.5 cm by 2.5cm). The earring agates measure 3 quarters of an inch by 3 quarters of an inch (2 cm by 2 cm).
Agate is a member of the quartz family and was discovered in 4 BC. It is made from silicon dioxide, and often originates in cavities of molten rock. Agate has many mythical qualities. It is supposed to make the wearer more pleasant and agreeable. It is believed to quench thirst, protect against viruses and to cure insomnia.
The set is presented in an organza bag. The order is sent by Royal Mail First Class.
