I'm a little obsessed with these iconic, Machin design postage stamps, and I love preserving these tiny fragments of postal history in badge form!

upcycled from a classic 1st Class stamp design in Gold, Orange, or Random Selection
BADGE DETAILS
The stamps shown on the badges above were designed by Arnold Machin in the 1960s, and his design has become iconic in British postal history. This particular listing is for a badge made from a 1st class stamp.
Each pin-back badge measures approx. 1 diameter, and has been upcycled from genuine bits of postal ephemera, salvaged from correspondence of times past. Each badge will also feature a fragment of postmark, handwriting or various other variations which makes each piece utterly unique.
PRESENTATION CARD - CUSTOMISATION AVAILABLE
Each badge is mounted on a small presentation card (approx. 7.45 x 5.25cm) and will be packaged in a cellophane packet (not shown). The faux postmark on the presentation card will be hand-stamped with your date of purchase. It can be stamped with an alternative date of your choice if you contact me with a request at time of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE
This listing is for a SINGLE badge on presentation card, as shown in pic 1. You will receive a different badge than shown, but it will be very similar! Multiples shown in pic 2 are to illustrate the variation & colours available. :)
Not suitable for young children due to small/sharp parts.
