Full description
I have created this fantastic art yarn from a multitude of different colours and fibres. There is a mix of merino, lleyn, faulkland, wensleydale and alpaca fibres, with silk threads added to the blend.
Some of the fibres are the natural colour of the fleece, some have been home dyed and some are pre dyed. Colours include purple, lilac, black, tangerine, orange,brown and natural white fleece.
Each skein of yarn weighs approximately 100g and is 10 - 11 w.p.i. of a 2 plyed yarn, with an average of 163 yards (150 m ) per skein. The yarn has been washed and finished and is ready to knit or crochet. It is a beautifully soft yarn.
One skein is enough yarn to knit either a hat, skinny scarf or a pair of gloves.
As it is pure wool, it must be handwashed only in lukewarm water.
