I was inspired to make this range of brooches following a visit to the Pitt Rivers Museum in Oxford. The Pitt Rivers is a wonderful museum full of archaeological and ethnographic objects from all parts of the world. These brooches were inspired by the North American clothing in the museum, in particular the headdresses. You can take a virtual tour of the
