You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

I accept Paypal. Paypal is the fastest way to get your order processed. If payment has not been received after 5 days I will have to cancel your order. Please do not purchase unless you plan on following through. All my items will be dispatched 1st post and will always be sent within 1-3 days of cleared payment. Some of my work is made to order... please allow 4 to 7 days to design and add that on top of shipping time. If you have any issues with any item that you have purchased, please contact me. I cannot refund money if you don't like the item or if the post doesn't mail it to you on time, or if it gets lost in the post. If there is anything you do not like about the finished product in the picture please let me know before I ship it and I'll see what I can do. I ship your item and you decide you do not like it, I cannot refund your order. It's only because it takes a whole lot of time and supply to create this items. IF YOUR ITEM GETS LOST IN THE MAIL, I CAN GIVE YOU STORE CREDIT. If you have any further questions please get in touch with me.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
