You have My Heart, My Love and My Time locket. This little locket is Vintage 1950's and opens so that you can add a small picture of your own or personalize it if it is a gift to someone. The front of the locket has two tiny watch parts from a vintage pocket watch... and finally a cute key for accent. The goldtone chain is 18 inches.
