The origins of this game are uncertain, but similar three in a row games were played in Ancient Egypt and Rome. A great game for young and old alike it is simple to play and teaches turn taking, strategy and sportsmanship. Known as tic tac toe or noughts and crosses, whatever you call it, it's great fun.

This game has been made entirely by hand from super soft Merino wool in shades that mimic nature; a sandy coloured board with the squares mared out in woody brown, and the pieces formed in shades of grey to resemble sea smoothed pebbles. A delightfully tactile way to rediscover this old favourite game.

Included in the price is the board and a total of 10 playing pieces in 2 different colours.
