Inspired by Christmas Stockings from bygone days I've made these traditional looking stockings ideally to be filled with hand-made gifts and chocolate coins, presents we remember from our childhood.
Intended as heritage pieces that become part of your seasonal family traditions, each stocking made is one of a kind and is personalised especially for you.
They would look lovely filled with vintage themed gifts, with the toes stuffed full with walnuts and small oranges
If, over time, your stocking becomes dirty, then it can be gently hand-washed in warm water and allowed to dry flat.
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Full description
Made from vintage wool blankets, these custom made super sized stockings are hand embroidered with your choice of name, some snowflakes and an assortment of seasonal motifs made from 100% pure wool felt. . Embroidery and applique is on one side of stocking only.
Each stocking is fully lined with recycled fabric and has a hand sewn pom-pom trim all around the top edge. There is also a tag at the top of the stocking so it can hang from a small hook while waiting to be filled.
Stocking measures approximately 9 inches across the top, and 21 inches from top to heel.
Please be aware, the stocking you order will look different from the stocking shown in the above photos, this one was for a previous order.
Please message me to let me know your preferred choice of stocking colour and the name you would like embroidered across the top of the stocking.
Colours available for the stocking are cream, baby blue and soft apple green.
Ideal for filling with medium sized toys, oranges, socks, chocolate coins and peppermint sticks.
Although only one stocking is listed, if you would like more than that, please contact me to let me know how many you require, and I will create a listing especially for you.
