Full description
One of my own designs Mod Flower, screenprinted onto grey linen in a glistening Royal Blue. This ink is a metallic colour which gives a subtle sheen to the colour to catch the light.
All my designs are based on my own drawings but my work is also influenced by the Mid Century Modern and Scandinavian styles. I have long worked with vintage fabrics and it is the rarity of some of the designs that has inspired me to print my own fabrics.
This is a handpulled screenprint. The design is hand drawn and then worked on Illustrator. once I am happy with the design I handcut the stencil to create my screen. The inks are water based but are then heat fixed to make them permanent.
Measures 20 x 12inches rectangular bolster, back is in the same grey linen and closes with two large shell buttons. Seams are double stitched and overlocked for extra strength.
The inner is not included in the price but can be purchased separately if required, please contact me for details. The other designs shown are available seperately from my shop and are not included in the price.
Can be washed at 30 decrees C, line dry (no tumbling!) and ironed on reverse.
