You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

Shipping Postage/Shipping: Domestic postage in the UK will be sent as standard First class unless otherwise requested by the customer. Please allow at least 5-7 working days for delivery. Overseas postage (rest of the world) will be sent standard First class International unless otherwise requested by the customer. Please allow at least 7-10 working days for delivery. National Holidays: Please be aware that delivery times may be affected (extended) if and when a national holiday either here in the UK or in the country receiving the item fall during postage, I will try to notify either on my page or message each customer if a national holiday here in the UK will affect their post however I am unable to notify of holidays outside of the UK. Damages and Loss : All items are packaged with packing materials as well as possible for each different item, I am not responsible for any damage or losses, however if damage or loss occurs during delivery to my lovely items (because post people are not known for their carefulness) then please contact me and I will contact the post office first then depending on the type and extent of damage I will come to an acceptable conclusion for both parties. With regard to loss, for more expensive items I suggest requesting a tracking type of postage which will cost more but then is safer. Refunds and Exchanges Refunds, Returns, Exchanges: There are no refunds, returns or exchanges as these are normally one off original handmade artworks, they take a long time to create. They are sold as seen and every effort is made to provide photographs that are close up and show every decorative angle. However if there are specific concerns then please contact me I am always happy to discuss it and attempt to make sure all my customers happy.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
