I've just sold this one but will be making another. If you would like one please shout and I will make one for you right away
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
It is a Snowflake Star made with clear glass textured with snow flakes giving a frosty effect which I thought was appropriate for this design.
At the centre is an octagonal crystal and there are 6 clear glass nuggets between the points.
The Snowflake is 5.5 inches in diameter
This would make a wonderful and totally unique present especially for Christmas but it also makes a pretty suncatcher at any time of the year.
It looks absolutely lovely hanging in the window where it shines and catches the light.
It also makes an effective 'scarer' to stop birds flying into your windows.
The suncatcher hangs from a little chain which is securely attached to the top.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass. I can make this in other colours of glass if you prefer, please just ask.;
The 5th photo shows the snowflake I sold previously so you can see that though to the same pattern, each is unique.
