This case looks simple, but it took lots of prototypes to get something that looked cool and performed well. As a guitar player myself, I knew it needed to be versatile, compact and the plectrums mustn't fall out! I've made it quick and neat to open and close whilst keeping a traditional closure method.

Pinegrove promises to adhere to the standard Folksy returns policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with your case then return it within 14 days in its original packaging for a full refund including the return postage costs or a replacement. Otherwise we expect it to last a long long time! Faulty items should be returned within six months of payment being made, but please note that leather is an organic material and has the naturally occurring marks of any genuine animal skin: this is part of its natural beauty. Where hair-on cowhide is part of the design, we have carefully chosen the pattern that will appear on every piece, and provide customers with options in terms of the balance of brown, white etc.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This leather case for guitar players holds a capo (see Note) and up to 15 picks (plectrums) nice and snug. The case is small enough to fit in the little compartment in a guitar case. It features real hair-on cowhide and every one is uniquely different. Let me know if you'd prefer a light, dark, or balanced colour pattern when you order. This case can take the vast majority of capos, alternatively it can take a small clip-on tuner. Please note I have a special wallet for large trigger capos such as Kysers and the Dunlop Trigger. I also have a smaller pouch for little Shubb and Paige capos.
I've made this case with a waxy distressed leather. This looks great and is very strong. Light scratches can be rubbed away with your thumb.

Note: Most guitar players have a capo to help them play in different keys. It clamps across strings on the fretboard. Banjo and mandolin players also use them.
