“penguin in peril!”
applique & embroidery penguins. with zombies.
this embroidery has been entirely handmade by me on a domestic sewing machine, the penguins are based on original drawings by Little Black Heart.
this piece features an anxious applique penguin being pursued by two particularly peckish zombie penguins.
cotton and linen fabrics are layered and detail drawn on with free machine (free motion) embroidery. the zombies have hand embroidered eyeballs and have left a trail of bloody frenchknot footprints in the falling snow.
this cute little picture measures approximately
13 x 13 cm (5” x 5”)
and is 4cm deep, stretched over a canvas box frame.
everything is cut, stitched & drawn freehand by me, ensuring it is unique, well made and securely constructed.
i aim to post items out within 24 hours of payment, via first class mail.
