Please note I can also make items to order, so if you have any specific colour combination in mind, please get in touch. However, this is likely to result in delay to shipping two days after order /payment is received.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within seven days after receipt of the item, provided the item has not been used. Postage charges will not be refunded Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made provided fault is not due to wear and tear of item. Return postage will be paid if item is faulty.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Lovely brooches to brighten up your winter coats.
Colourful toadstool brooch (5cm x 6 cm) embellished with complimentary seed beads, felt pieces and embroidery, to look like a fairy house; with metallic brooch back.
Individually hand made by me - so there will be variation in the stitching
Various colours available:
dusky pink cap and baby pink stalk
2 purple cap and cerise stalk
Washing instructions: Spot wash gently and allow to air dry
All items will be supplied in cellophane packet and packaged carefully for posting.

UK Shipping is by Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery. Please contact me for P&P costs for multiple items and postage outside the UK.
If you are purchasing goods from outside the EC you may have to pay import duties. Please refer to your local customs office for details.
If you need your item in a hurry let me know and I can arrange Royal Mail Special Delivery at an additional charge.
In all cases a proof of posting will be obtained.
