These beautiful carnelian earrings feature gorgeous orange stones teamed with pretty silver bead caps. They would make an ideal Christmas present.
The carnelian stones are a delicious shade of pale orange and translucent in the light, the color of warm honey.
These earrings would look beautiful any time of the year, but are particularly suited to autumn, and they are versatile enough to go with lots of different outfits.
Carnelian is a semi-precious gemstone which varies in colour from pale orange through to reddish brown. It is the birthstone for July.
To make these dangle earrings, I chose two matching 10mm (0.4 inch) round carnelian stones. I kept the design simple to accentuate the stones, using silver plated and pewter bead caps.
The earrings are suspended from antique silver finish nickel free leverback earring wires. I love this style, and think it lends an extra touch of olde worlde elegance!
The drop of the earrings is just over 4cm (1.6 inches) from the top of the wire to the pin at the bottom.
Your earrings will be sent to you gift-wrapped and presented in a little box, perfect for gift-giving. They will be sent by first class Royal Mail post within 3 working days of purchase, usually sooner.
