As you may have noticed from our shop, we love colours, vintage patterns and furniture, so we try to incorporate them as much as we can in our creations. We like to keep an eye for good quality vintage materials and furniture to renovate and recycle, giving them a new lease of life. This originally rather dull piano stool has been completely transformed by the choice of beautiful 1950s fabrics and would make a statement on any room, used as a piano stool, window stool or simply as a decorative piece in any part of the house.

Full description
This is a vintage piano stool that has been fully re-upholstered using a combination of 2 beautiful original 1950s fabrics. The very simple design of the structure of this piece of furniture is in stark contrast with the very bright and contrasting fabrics we have chosen for its re-upholstery. The outside is upholstery is a bright red and white abstract pattern, reminiscent of tree rings. The top of the stool lifts up uncovering a padded interior upholstered all over with a beautiful satin cotton material with very abstract motives in black, grey and white.
The legs are good quality beech stained to imitate the appearance of teak, which have been given a couple of coats of shellac to reinvigorate its surface.
It measures approximately 50cm(H) x 70cm (W) x 35 cm (D)
