Decorative stained glass candle measuring 16 x 8 cms (6.75 x 3.25 ins) approx.
Eye catching Christmas decoration which may be hung either at a window or from the Christmas Tree.
Also looks very attractive hung on bare twigs or branches in a vase.
These are mounted on card and placed in a cellophane sleeve so that they are ready to give as a present - maybe as a thank you ................ to a Teacher ? to an Aunt ? to Granny ?............... all of whom would find them very acceptable I think. (and it does make a change from Bath Salts !)
Made by the Tiffany method of making Stained Glass.
Each piece of glass is carefully cut out and wrapped in copper foil which is then coated with solder to give it a 'silver' coloured finish.
The pieces are then assembled into the shape and soldered firmly into position.
Decorated with shaped 'silver' coloured wire and provided with a loop from which to hang either from a ribbon or straight from a hook on a suction pad which sticks to the glass in a window.
May be made in other colours on request
