Full description
These are longer fingerless mittens than many other ones out there, they reach to just below the elbow. They are very useful at different times of the year, in springtime as the weather gets warmer and you don't want to wear big jumpers anymore but still need some warmth, as well as autumn when the summer warmth is disappearing. Also, for those ladies wearing those amazing-looking cape-coats, but have cold arms, these mittens would be stylish and warm addition to their outfit. The only season you may need to put them away is summer time! They look great with a t-shirt, or more dressed up.
Whichever way you decide to wear them, you are guaranteed to get compliments everywhere you go! The mock-cable pattern looks very elegant.
The yarn used is a luxurious cashmerino, consisting of 55% merino wool, 33% microfibre and 12% cashmere in a beautiful orange/red colour to brighten up your day. If you are interested in any other colour, the last picture shows other available colours of the same yarn.
The mittens measure 32.5 cm from top to bottom, and would fit a small to medium hand/arm. The material is quite dense and stretches only a little.
