I could spend all day watching waves roll in and marvelling at the ever changing patterns and the awe inspiring energy being unleashed against our shores. Now that I live in North Norfolk, I get to go and watch the sea a lot and I just had to try to capture some of that movement. I hope you like this piece and it brings a little bit of the seaside to you.

Full description
Three waves are crashing towards the beach, the first has already broken and is rolling in with a curl of sea foam- the silver motif on this bracelet evokes the scene using hammered silver and a labradorite cabochon. A calm silver disk behind contrasts the clear sky with the wild water below. The mainly circular silver motif has a 2cm diameter extending to 2.5 cm with the leading wave. It is suspended on a bobbin lace band woven in colours that evoke the seaside and with fine silver wires that subtly shimmer through the work and also echo waves. The fine silver gives the piece rigidity whilst it retains flexibility. The piece is fastened with a silver hook and eye mechanism at the ends of the lace band.
Please let me know the circumference of your wrist when you order this piece so that I can make the band to fit you personally- this will take a little while to do, so I will dispatch the item within 7 days of ordering instead of the usual 3.
The finished article weighs approximately 6.4g depending on the length of the band.
As each of my pieces is individually hand made, no two are exactly alike. The photographs show completed versions with the lace band.
